This policy explains how RyvSoft (Individual Entrepreneur Yevgenii Romanov, Georgia, identification number 322775430) handles personal data on the ryvsoft.com website and in connection with the RyvSoft AI product.

1. This website

The website ryvsoft.com uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts and has no forms. We do not collect personal data through the website. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.

2. E-mail

When you write to us, we receive your e-mail address, name and the content of your message. We use them only to answer you and to discuss a demo, an evaluation or a purchase. We do not sell or share this data with third parties and do not add you to mailing lists without your consent. Messages are kept for as long as needed for our correspondence and our legal obligations; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

3. The RyvSoft AI product

• RyvSoft AI is installed and runs inside the customer's own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. Customer data stays in that environment.
• RyvSoft AI sends prompts and the data needed to answer them to the AI model provider that the customer chooses and configures with its own account and key (for example Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or Anthropic). That processing is governed by the customer's agreement with its provider.
• RyvSoft does not receive customer business data, usage data or telemetry from RyvSoft AI. We have no access to customer environments unless the customer grants it for support. Data received that way is used only to provide support, kept confidential and deleted on request.

4. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
